A few weeks ago, we explored the importance of nurturing our internal locus of control to proactively deal with change. But let's be honest, change can throw us off balance and challenge even the strongest internal locus of control. That's where resilience becomes our greatest ally.

It’s a journey we consciously embark on, proactively equipping ourselves with the tools and mindset needed to navigate life's challenges. And research affirms resilience is not innate, but can be developed and strengthened through various strategies. By cultivating resilience in advance, we lay a solid foundation that will support us when we encounter unexpected obstacles. So, let’s embrace this journey of resilience, knowing that the strength we cultivate today will empower us to thrive tomorrow.
